Y04 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the y04 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the y04 platform — including the website, mobile app or related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions.
To use the y04 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration.
- Act on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party without prior written authorisation from y04.
- Not be subject to any legal prohibition or restriction that would prevent your participation in the activities offered on this platform.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and while using the platform.
Y04 reserves the right to reject any registration application or suspend the account of any user who fails to meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the y04 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including the freezing of any existing balances.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration — including your full name, phone number, email address and payment details — is accurate and kept up to date at all times. Failure to do so may affect your ability to make deposits, withdrawals or access certain services.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y04 account password and login credentials. y04 will never request your password via email, chat or any other external communication channel. Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the y04 platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, identity fraud, transmission of harmful content or exploitation of the platform's systems for unauthorised gain. y04 reserves the right to report any suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
3. Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
Official Currency
All transactions on the y04 platform — including deposits, withdrawals and bonuses — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name and is legally valid.
Deposit Process
Deposits will be credited to your y04 account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method selected. y04 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. Any failed or delayed deposits must be reported to the support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with the applicable minimum requirements. y04 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the y04 account holder.
Bonuses and Promotions
Any bonus or promotion offered by y04 is subject to the specific terms stated alongside the respective offer. Misuse of bonuses or any attempt to manipulate the promotions system may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
4. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Y04 Limitation of Liability
The y04 platform is provided "as is" without any warranty as to accuracy, continuous availability or freedom from technical errors. y04 is not liable for any financial loss, data loss or damage arising from service disruptions, technical failures, cyberattacks or unforeseen circumstances beyond the platform's control.
Y04 makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of any game or bet. All games operate on fair and random systems; however, results cannot be guaranteed or predicted. Users acknowledge that all forms of betting and gaming carry real financial risk.
Account Suspension and Closure
Y04 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request. In cases of account closure due to a breach, y04 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the suspected activity pending the outcome of an investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the y04 platform — including the brand name, logos, interface design, text, images and software — is the exclusive property of y04 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish or use any platform content without prior written permission from y04.
Third-Party Links
The y04 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. y04 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content or practices of those third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
5. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Right to Modify Terms
Y04 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the y04 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the y04 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution procedure under the applicable jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this document. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and remain binding on all parties.
